Pilates

Mat classes are available for all abilities. In my classes, I make sure that I layer exercises to be suitable for different levels of ability; so there will always be something for you! I love Pilates because it is accessible to everyone. Every exercise can be modified to be more gentle or very challenging. I never stop learning and am always finding ways to improve exercises or teach and 'cue' in a different way to improve everyone's technique. I also work on an individual basis on the mat and reformer and exercises are completely tailored to the individual.

Personal Training

I love working with clients on a 121 basis. Once targets are set, it is my job to help you achieve them in a fun, inspiring, motivational and educational way! Whether the goals are weight loss, toning, rehabilitation or a personal best, I will focus the training to help you achieve your goals. 

I have a fully equipped private studio based in Standon, East Hertfordshire. However, I offer sessions face to face and on Zoom.
